DTP10-coreCon is a combination of Teach Pendant and Robot Controller. The high-performance ARM Cortex-A9 processor comes with a coreCon, a real-time operating system and robot integrated SW. The EtherCAT master platform allows Real-Time control of various EtherCAT driver motors and I/O. CoreCon, which is a robot motion control SW, can be easily used with simple setup and operation of various robots (multi-axis, delta, scara, orthogonal coordinates, kobots, etc.) and similar robot languages that are supported by ABB, FANUC, YASKAWA, etc. are easy to use with simple training
The Robot Safety Controller (DRSC) is an industrial robot safety controller mounted inside the robot control box that meets the robot’s safety specifications ISO13849-1 and ISO10218-1 and is equipped with emergency stop systems, dual safety channels, health monitoring solutions, internal and external brake control and monitoring functions, EtherCAT, CAN, RS-232 communication. It has various safety sensor inputs and six-axis motor brake control and additional user I/O built in, and is a system capable of controlling and monitoring safety conditions through e-CAT communication in the upper robot controller.
