DRSC : Robot Safety Controller
DRSC(Robot Safety Controller(로봇 안전 제어기)는 로봇 제어함 내부에 장착되는 산업용 로봇 안전 제어기 로, 로봇의 안전 규격 ISO 13849-1 및 ISO 10218-1을 만족하며, 비상 정지 시스템, 이중 안전 채널, 상태 모니터링 솔루션, 내/외부 브레이크 제어 및 감시 기능, Ether-CAT, CAN, RS-232 통신기능을 갖추고 있어 다양한 산업분야에 적용 가능합니다.
또한 다양한 안전 센서 입력 및 6축 모터 브레이크 제어와 추가 사용자 I/O 를 기본 내장하고 있으며 상위 로봇 제어기(Main Controller)에서 EtherCAT 통신을 통해 안전 상태 제어 및 감시가 가능한 시스템입니다.
DRSC는 복잡한 안전 관리 기능을 손쉽게 구현할 수 있도록 개발 되었으며 산업용 로봇에 필요한 모든 안전 관련 기능을 내장한 복합 안전 제어기 입니다.
